Q: What is your warranty policy?

A: All Diamond Tech products are warranted against manufacturer's defects. Select tools and machines have specific warranty periods, which are indicated on each piece of equipment. Should you experience a problem with one of our products, please contact customer service for further assistance.

Q: How do I return an item?

A: Please contact Diamond Tech as soon as possible when problem occurs. We do not accept returns or exchanges without a Return Authorization issued by Diamond Tech.

Q: What if my item appears to be damaged by shipping?

A: Diamond Tech takes every precaution to insure your items arrive to you safely. Our focus is on using the best packaging materials and continually testing and refining our process to make sure you get your package in great condition.

Even with all our precautions, occasionally damage does occur in shipping. If you receive an item that appears damaged from shipping (ex: box is dented), notify the carrier immediately. If signing for receipt of goods, indicate damage on the receipt in writing. Keep all packaging materials, including interior and exterior containers. Do not return the damaged merchandise – the carrier will determine if they need to see the condition of the box at the delivery site. Notify Diamond Tech of the damage immediately.

Q: What if I'm missing items from my order?

A: Check the items received against those on the packing slip, making note of any backordered items. Remember small items may get lost in packing materials or may be taped to larger items; inspect your inspect packing materials carefully. If your order was shipped in more than one box, the box will be numbered on the label, for example, as "1 of 2" and "2 of 2." Allow an extra business day for multiple box shipments to arrive. If you have thoroughly checked the box/es and cannot find the item listed on the packing slip, please contact customer service immediately.

Q: How long will it take to process my repair or exchange?

A: We will do our best to process you repair or exchange quickly, For repairs, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and return! Repairs and exchanges shipping outside the US may take longer.

Q: How do I order replacement parts?

A: Diamond Tech offers standard replacement parts on many items, which will appear on the website or in our catalogs. If you do not see the item listed, we will be happy to assist you. Please contact customer service for replacement part requests.
