New Accounts
To purchase online you must complete the online application process. Entry information will be confirmed and non-accurate information will result in account deletion and order cancellation.

Minimum Order
We require a $150 minimum initial order and a $75 on all subsequent orders. Wholesale accounts require a $500 per year sales volume minimum to maintain wholesale status.
Back-orders
During the checkout process, you will be asked to note whether or not you wish items, not available at the time of shipment, to be held on back-order and ship when arrives in stock or NOT to ship backordered items. This is a required field to complete the ordering process.

Shipping
Standard shipping for most orders are FedEx ground. Large orders may be shipped via motor freight. Shipping charges are FOB Tampa, FL; prepaid and add. Expedited service can be requested. More Shipping Information
Order Fulfillment Surcharge
An additional surcharge will be assessed to wholesalers who choose to submit their own labels. This will cover the cost of packing, measuring, weighing, storing and summitting these details to you as we await your labels to be received.
- A flat $25 fee per order under $500 (excluding tax and shipping).
- Orders between $501-1000 will incur a flat rate fee of $20.
- Orders over $1000 will incur a flat rate fee of $15.
- Orders over $1500 will have this fee completely waived.
Cancelled / Returned Orders
Please contact Diamond Tech as soon as possible when problem occurs. We do not accept returns or exchanges without a Return Authorization issued by Diamond Tech. Items must be returned in new, unused condition and a 15% restocking fee may apply to large orders.

Prices apply to qualifying customers. Prices are FOB Tampa, FL, and are subject to change without notice.
